Bio

Originally from New York, Ben started playing music at an early age and eventually went on to play with different musical groups. Throughout the years he has played in many bands in and around the New York City area such as The Baghdaddios, Butchers Bill, Yorkestra, The Drip and The Insinuators. He has played on stage with musicians such as Richie Scarlet (who played with Ace Frehley, Sebastian Bach, Leslie West and Mountain) and the late David Peel (who played with John Lennon). Ben plays Guitar, Bass, Drums, Mandolin and Sings. Ben has also done session work on various studio recordings and has recorded for Liquid Fusion Records. You can see some of his credits listed on Allmusic.com. He has also written and performed on soundtracks and theme songs for Radio and Television Broadcast Shows that include Spencer Kobren’s Bald Truth Radio Show and Comedian Phil Selman’s “It Pleases Me”. Though out the years, and personally attending over a thousand live concerts, Ben developed a multitude of musical influences comprised of The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Who, The Doors, Eric Clapton, The Yardbirds, The New York Dolls, The Dictators, The Ramones, The MC5, The Four Tops, The Temptations and countless others. Over the years while not performing or recording, Ben has held diverse employment in many other areas of the entertainment industry. He has worked as a licensing agent for a record label and as a booking rep for a live music entertainment agency. In addition to this, he has also worked at live music venues, tv/movie sets and for celebrity transport companies.
